Welcome to First Star Lawn Care. By using our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

We provide lawn care, landscaping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in central Indiana. Specific service details, pricing, and schedules will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work beginning.

Appointments are scheduled in advance, and we strive to arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and other forms of payment as discussed during service setup. Late payments may result in additional fees or paused service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Pets should be secured, and gates unlocked when needed.

While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage due to hidden obstacles (e.g., rocks, toys, sprinkler heads) or unsafe conditions not disclosed prior to service.

First Star Lawn Care is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability coverage for all work performed.

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
